Who we are

Membership is open to anyone who shares our interest in the Fields and supports the aims of the Association. It is not restricted to those living or working in the immediate locality.

Members receive the minutes of the committee meetings showing the current issues, problems or challenges that are concerning us.

The Membership comes together at the Annual General Meeting held in October and also at the Summer party which is held on the Fields in June – we’ve only had bad weather once, but we still carried on.

Members can attend committee meetings to join in discussions or raise particular issues. But this should be arranged beforehand with the Chairman to make sure there is enough accommodation.
